The body of the coupling is typically made of nickel-plated carbon steel or brass acid-washed, while the sleeve is made of nickel-plated carbon steel.
If high working pressure is not required, full brass quick couplings can be selected. All European series quick couplings use a structure with six locking stainless steel balls.
The products are solid, safe, reliable, and have a comfortable hand feel, making connection and disconnection easy.
With a push-to-connect structure and single-hand operation, the maximum working pressure is 2.0 MPa. Currently, only 1/4” flow valve body size is available.
For larger flow rates, it is recommended to select the American TR40 or IN40 series. All European pneumatic quick couplings generally use BSP or BSPT threads.
Other thread types can also be customized according to the order.
The EU20 series European quick couplings feature a push-to-connect structure with a single shutoff design, while the EE20 and EM10 series European quick couplings are manually operated.
The GE German quick couplings have a double-locking rod structure and also feature a push-to-connect function.
Common sealing materials include nitrile rubber, with options like FKM fluoro rubber and EPDM available as well.
Common applications include air compressors, pneumatic tools, lawnmowers, sprayers, and more.
